This privacy policy applies to the Movieswipe mobile application (hereinafter "Application") created by Movieswipe (hereinafter "Service Provider") as a commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS" (as provided).

• The pages of the application you visit, time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages
• Total time spent in the application

The application does not collect precise information about your mobile device's location.

You can easily stop all information collection by the application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device or mobile application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you wish for them to delete user-provided data you have submitted through the application, please contact them at movieswipecontact@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children never to submit personally identifiable information through the application and/or services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce this policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the application and/or services without permission.
